Depending on your exact requirements, my answer could be any of the 
following:-
* K-nearest neighbours/Instance-based learning can be adapted to give 
estimates
of all attributes, e.g. as in CBR;
* Clustering/unsupervised learning, e.g. COBWEB, STAGGER, CLASSIT 
etc. in the
ML literature.
