with CARTŪ (r)  MARS(tm) and SURVIVAL (the tools) to obtain some very 
useful
Telco churn results.

For beginners David G. Kleinbaum "Survival Analysis: A Self Learning
Text", Springer, 1996, is an easy read using health sciences 
examples. Our
