Dear Devanshu,

You might be interested in checking our project page, where we
are using text-mining on the Web data (Personal WebWatcher - a
personal
browsing agent)
http://www.cs.cmu.edu/~TextLearning/pww/

The page also includes a technical report "Learning Machine: design
and
implementation"
describing some insights (data structures,...) of our system for
learning on
large text data. The system is also used for learning from text
hierarchy (Yahoo hierarchy as found on WWW)
http://www-ai.ijs.si/DunjaMladenic/yplanet.html
and in my PhD thesis project
http://www.cs.cmu.edu/~TextLearning/pww/PhD.html

Hope this will be of some help.

Regards,
       Dunja
