Dear editor,

Could you please distribute the following message to the Data
Mining
discussion list? Thank you very much for your help.

Lian Yan

------------------------------------------------------------
I am a Ph.D. student at the Pennsylvania State University working in
the
area of machine learning. I am interested in the problem of learning
probabilistic expert systems from data. I have had difficulty in
finding
available data sets for problems such as medical and fault diagnosis
with possible simultaneous presence of multiple diseases/faults. I
would
like to find real world data sets rather than data derived from some
rules or a Bayesian network. Your help would be most appreciated.
Please

email Lian Yan at yan@hercules.ee.psu.edu.
