Thank you for showing interest in CEC2000 Conference.

Please find attached  "Call for Special Session Proposals" . 
The deadline for the proposals are 15 November 1999.

Call For Special Session Proposals 

The 2000 Congress on Evolutionary Computation (CEC'2000) will 
recent research 
covering all forms of evolutionary computations while fostering 
and cooperative
progress in the evolutionary computation field. Information on the
successful CEC99 held in 
Washington, D.C. can be found at

CEC'2000 is now inviting special session proposals. All special 
are to be organised
around a specific topic(s) in order to encourage in-depth discussion.
Special sessions will be
an integral part of the CEC'2000. All accepted papers in the special
sessions will be included 
in the published conference proceedings. All special session papers 
will be
reviewed. The 
review process will be coordinated by the special session 

Each proposal must contain at least the following information:

   1.title of the session; 
   2.organiser(s) and their detailed contact addresses; or two paragraphs describing the theme and topics covered by 
   4.a potential list of participants; 
   5.a potential list of paper reviewers (can be the same as

We will continue to accept proposals until 15 November 1999. The
