DM: REQUEST FOR INFORMATION

I am looking for assistance in support of a research of datamining in the 
insurance industry, specifically in the independent insurance broker 
business.  Any help in providing resources or information on feasability of 
conducting dataming at this level and/or system requirements and 
utilization for datamining would be extremely useful.
