Re: DM: Introductions

Hi,

I have recently got my Ph.D. in the University of Essex, UK.
My thesis was about data mining using parallel database servers.
I am about to finish the writing up of a book about data mining
with parallel processing.
With respect to data mining techniques, so far I have worked
mainly with decision trees and nearest neighbours (both using
parallel database servers). However, recently I have become
particularly interested in genetic programming for data mining.
My publications in the above areas are available at:

  Regards,

  Alex
